The Crawford County Council on Aging is a private non-profit organization established in 1974. Its mission is to enhance the quality of life and promote independence for older adults in Crawford County by providing in-home and community-based services which will allow them to live with dignity in the community.



On October 11, 2018, Eight “Outstanding Senior Citizens” were inducted into the “Crawford County Golden Years Hall of Fame” honoring outstanding senior citizens for their distinctive service to the community.  CONGRATULATIONS!
The Crawford County Council on Aging will be holding a Pork Chop Dinner fundraiser on October 25th from 4-6pm at the Senior Center located at 200 S. Spring Street, Bucyrus.  Dinners are carry out only and proceeds will benefit the Activities Program.  Tickets are $8 each and dinners consist of 2 Pork Chops, a dinner roll, homestyle green beans, bacon & cheese scalloped potatoes. 

Driver Improvement Program for Mature Operators is an 8 hour course being offered at the Crawford County Council on Aging for those over age 60.  The course will be offered on October 16th and 17th from 9:30am - 2:30pm (1 hour lunch break).  There is a fee of $15, lunch is included and space is limitedCall 419-562-3050, option 4 to register!
